　　Design features

　　The API610-2010 standard is applicable to substitute products of ZAX and ZEX.

　　The hydraulic model is divided into two types:high efficiency and high cavitation resistance.

　　The method structure of increasing rigidity of shafting has been patented by the state.It effectively solves the problem that the original ZAX and ZEX pumps,especially the poor harbor performance of the shafts above 150 caliber,leads to shorter mechanical seal life.

　　The bearing box adopts the integrated design of air cooling and water cooling,and the oil seal adopts the bearing isolator and maze,which can be selected by the user according to the working condition.

　　The impeller nut adds a reliable mechanical check.

　　Over current parts:the pump body,impeller,back cover,baffle,shaft sleeve,etc.are all made of titanium and titanium alloy,nickel base alloy or stainless steel,so the pump has good corrosion resistance.

　　Net is widely used in alkali making,salt making,acid making,chemical fertilizer industry,petrochemical industry,iron and steel,paper making,food,pharmaceutical,synthetic fiber,water treatment engineering and other places with strong caustic.
